We accept payments via Credit card, Debit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, RCS, MobiCred, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. Payments must be made in full before your order is shipped. All transactions are processed securely.

3.3 Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled within a limited time frame before shipping. Once shipped, you cannot cancel the order but must follow our return process for any issues after delivery.

We aim to ship orders within 1-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for local deliveries. Expedited and international deliveries will have different timeframes.

4.2 Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, depending on the delivery location, order size, and shipping method selected. For orders over R2500, free shipping is available (local only).

4.3 Risk of Loss:
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address specified in your order.

Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition. Returns outside this period or for reasons of change of mind are subject to our discretion.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5.3 Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, we will accept the return as per our policies and you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
