ORDERS & DELIVERY

At Zarah Construction, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Whether you’re outfitting a residential space or working on a large commercial project, we’re committed to delivering your interior products quickly, efficiently, and safely.

Placing an Order:

  1. Browse and Add to Cart: Browse through our extensive collection of interior products. Once you’ve found what you need, simply add items to your cart.
  2. Checkout: When you’re ready to finalize your purchase, proceed to checkout. Make sure to enter any applicable discount codes, such as your unique contractor discount code, for special pricing.
  3. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase, including items ordered, shipping address, and estimated delivery date.

Payment Methods:

We accept a wide variety of payment options for your convenience, including:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay | Samsung | RCS | MobiCred | PayPayPal
  • Bank Transfers (for contractors and bulk orders)

Shipping & Delivery Information:

  1. Delivery Timeframe:
    • Standard Shipping: Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the time of order confirmation. Delivery times typically range from 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
    • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options. Delivery times for expedited shipping are typically 1-3 business days for most locations.
  2. Shipping Costs:
    • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders over R2500 on specific product ranges only (Excludes: Boards, Stone, Bathtubs & Fire Places). For orders under this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
    • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
    • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated based on the destination. Please contact us for more information.
  3. Delivery Methods:
    • Residential Deliveries: Products will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. Some larger or bulkier items may require a scheduled delivery time for unloading.
    • Commercial Deliveries: For large or commercial projects, we can arrange specialized delivery solutions to ensure the safe and efficient arrival of your products.
    • Signature Requirement: For high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the product reaches the right person.
  4. Tracking Your Order:
    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order’s progress via the carrier’s website.
  5. Damaged or Missing Items:
    • While we take great care in packaging your products, if you receive damaged items or experience any missing products, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly by issuing replacements or processing returns as necessary.
  6. Order Modifications:
    • Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, changes may not be possible. However, if you need to modify your order before it ships, please contact our customer service team at online@zarahcon.co.za or +27 81 323 8936 as soon as possible.

Installations & Service Products:

  • Residential & Commercial Installations: Shipping Charges are not applicable to service related products. Please note that service items and pricing are only applicable to areas within 30km of Sandton (GP) & Durban (KZN). Any other service area will incur additional charges. All rights reserved on all service related products. Installation booking and times will be communicated to in advance to confirm availability.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Residential & Commercial Orders: We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.
